We believe that pediatric dental care should be as uncomplicated as possible. For your convenience, we provide you with access to all the forms you’ll need for your child’s first visit. Filling these forms out at your leisure means less time in the waiting room and more time for you and your kiddo to smile.

At New Heights Pediatric Dentistry, we wanted to create a practice that we’d want our own kids to go to. A place where parents can feel confident that we will take whatever time needed to accommodate their child’s needs; whether it be time to overcome anxiety, or time to explain a complex treatment plan. In order to accomplish this service, we cannot be in network with every dental insurance plan. We will file and receive maximum benefits from every insurance, and please note that if we are considered out of network with your plan, many insurance policies offer out-of-network benefits that still cover 100% of routine cleaning appointments and a significant portion of any necessary treatment, often with minimal out of pocket costs to you. Please reach out to us directly and we’re happy to help you navigate your benefits and estimate any potential costs. In the event your child needs dental treatment, every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan fitting your timetable and budget. Your child’s dental health is our top priority, and we’re here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible
